- 1 1/2 cups almond flour fine blanched
- 1/2 cup banana ripe, mashed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, and salt in one bowl and mix well.
Combine mashed banana, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl and mix well.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
Pour batter into pans and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cakes cool completely before icing. You can choose to ice your cakes with store bought icing, yogurt, or make your own.
Top the cake with fresh fruit or sprinkles
