Raw Vegan Eggnog Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1-2 medjool dates or 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh or ground ginger
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of turmeric
  • little squeeze of lemon

Optional

  • Add 1 tablespoons of tahini or almond butter

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
  • Enjoy!
