Blueberry Oat Breakfast Smoothie
This blueberry banana oat breakfast smoothie contains a great balance of healthy fats, unrefined carbs, and protein to keep you or your child feeling satisfied long after breakfast.
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp. tahini almond butter, or other nut butter
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 handful of greens spinach and kale are good choices
- water or milk to thin, as needed
